He oversees InterTalent’s day-to-day operations, drives its creative vision, and leads its acquisitions and partnerships while continuing to represent his roster of clients across the entertainment industry.
Alex studied Theatre Producing at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama and began his career in the West End and at the Old Vic. Coming from a family of agents, he transitioned into talent management at Curtis Brown before spending nearly four years at ARG, where he worked with their high-profile actors.

Since joining InterTalent in 2012, Alex has negotiated more than £40 million in talent deals across all areas of the industry and has developed new & valuable IP for his clients.
As Managing Director, Alex has expanded InterTalent by launching new divisions in Brand Partnerships, Comedy, Digital, Events, Gaming, and Sports, while strengthening its long-established Scripted and Unscripted business. Under his leadership, the company has more than tripled its turnover and was named Best Agency for New Talent at the Edinburgh TV Festival’s New Voice Awards in 2022.
Alex is the co-founder of Project 30 Studios & Ventures, a company focused on talent-led formats, content creation and business ventures. He is currently an Associate Producer on Vinnie Jones In The Country (Discovery+ & HBO Max).
In 2024, Alex was named in the Top 20 Creative & Media Stars Under 40 by the Jewish News. He has chaired judging panels for the Edinburgh TV Awards and served on juries for the RTS Awards, New Voice Awards, Broadcast Awards and bCreator Awards. He regularly speaks on industry panels, most recently for SXSW London, Channel 4 and The Future of Media.
