Maura Higgins is a presenter, model and icon of UK and US television, who has garnered a cult following on her social media, making her one of the most influential digital figures in the UK. 

Recently in the Jungle, on ITV’s flagship entertainment show, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Maura was booked as the most anticipated late entry in the shows history.

This comes after her feature-length sit down interview with Paul Brunson for his podcast We Need To Talk went straight to number 1 on Apple and Spotify podcast charts – knocking Seth Rogan and Donald Trump off the top spot during the week of the American Elections.

Earlier in 2024, Maura made history by becoming the first ever host of Love Island USA Aftersun – a move that cements her status as a presenter on both sides of the Atlantic. It went on to be Peacock/ITV America’s most successful series of all time, eclipsing the UK version of show which aired at the same time.

This follows on from her work in the US in 2023 which saw Maura break America, landing a major role as the digital host and challenge presenter on Love Island USA and later in the year, Love Island Games. Her cheeky and relaxed interview style made clips of the show go viral on TikTok and Instagram as she made history as the first Islander to cross the Atlantic to the US version of the show to pursue a career in presenting.

This year, Maura has also landed her first American Magazine cover which launched at the iconic Super Bowl in Las Vegas 2024 and is the media outlets biggest print circulation of the year.

After rising to fame in the smash hit TV show Love Island UK, Maura presented the makeup competition show Glow Up Ireland, as well as star on Cooking with the Stars and Dancing on Ice on ITV.  

Alongside her work in television, Maura has commercial partnerships which offer equal exposure in the US and UK. Maura is the sole UK ambassador for American luxury athleisure and lifestyle Alo, as well as the face of Oh Polly co-creating her own deisgns with the fashion label for Coachella.

Maura has partnered with various beauty brands such as Estee Lauder, Maybelline as well as working modelling for the American make up mogul, Makeup by Mario.

Her ability to both position herself in high fashion spaces whilst also remaining the hilarious and down to earth character that shot her to fame, means Maura holds an elusive place in the industry, with a combined following of over 6 million.
